Shop orders

Most Miles with Her merchandise is printed and made to order by our production partners after you check out. Because of that:

  • Production and shipping times shown on our website are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Colors may look slightly different in person than on your screen, and print placement can vary slightly from item to item.
  • Please check your size, color, and shipping address before you complete checkout. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has gone into production.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you check out. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item was listed at an incorrect price, is no longer available, or if we suspect fraud.

Once your order ships, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier first, then email us and we will help however we can.

Returns and exchanges

Because merchandise is made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including for sizing, color, or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at the address in Section 15 within thirty (30) days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it at no cost to you. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced, not refunded.

Limited and special drops are available only while they are listed on our website. Once a drop is removed, it is gone and will not be restocked or reissued.

Beginners Course

The Beginners Course is an eight-week walk/run program offered in person and virtually. Virtual cohorts begin on the first of each month, and each virtual cohort is limited to twenty-five (25) women. Enrollment is first come, first served.

All course purchases are final. Course fees are non-refundable once purchased, for both in-person and virtual courses. Your spot cannot be transferred to another person.

If you are enrolled in a virtual cohort and are unable to complete it, email us and we will move you to a future virtual cohort, subject to available space. In-person courses cannot be moved to a different cohort.

Course materials are for your personal use only. See Section 11.

Discount codes and promotions

  • Discount codes apply only as described when they are issued and only while they are valid.
  • Unless a promotion says otherwise, discounts do not stack and cannot be combined with other codes or sale pricing.
  • Codes have no cash value and cannot be sold, shared publicly, or transferred.
  • Member discounts and challenge prizes are governed by the Membership Agreement.
  • Giveaway and raffle winners are selected by Miles with Her, and our determination of the winner is final.
