Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. Membership billing, cancellation, and refunds are covered separately in the Membership Agreement.

Merchandise

Our merchandise is made to order, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including for sizing, color, or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within thirty (30) days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it at no cost to you. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced, not refunded.

Limited and special drops are available only while they are listed on our website. Once a drop is removed, it is gone and will not be restocked or reissued.

Beginners Course

All course purchases are final and non-refundable, for both in-person and virtual courses. If you are enrolled in a virtual cohort and are unable to complete it, email us and we will move you to a future virtual cohort, subject to available space. In-person courses cannot be moved to a different cohort.
